Willow & Rayne opened in November 2022 with a clear vision: to create a refined, private salon space where women feel comfortable, well-guided, and completely at ease.
After nine years in the industry, Nikki Browning knew she wanted more than just a chair in someone else’s salon. She wanted the freedom to build an environment centered around transparency, long-term hair health, and thoughtful, one-on-one service — never rushed, never impersonal.​
​The name Willow & Rayne is deeply personal. “Rayne” is her daughter’s middle name — a constant reminder of heart, legacy, and the reason behind the work. “Willow” was chosen to reflect the atmosphere Nikki envisioned: calm, grounded, and quietly strong.​
Nikki specializes in precision blonding and growth-conscious extension work, supported by advanced education and extensive hands-on training. Her approach is strategic and health-first, designed to preserve the integrity of the hair while delivering refined, dimensional results.
Sophia completed cosmetology school during high school and has worked alongside Nikki ever since. As Nikki’s sister-in-law (yes — they share a last name for a reason), she brings strength in precision cutting, soft color, and embracing natural texture, helping create a seamless experience for every guest.
